How often do you use your home doppler?

Just curious. 
Some people said it's harmful to use everyday.

I asked my doctor about this because I check ☑ baby girl some times daily some times every few days, and he said it is perfectly 👌 no harm.

My doctor said I could come in and hear the heartbeat every day if I wanted to (because of high anxiety after a miscarriage). So I would think it would be ok to use yours every day. I thought he was against them initially, but I misunderstood

At most I'll use mine every other day. All the research I've done suggests it's safe, although moderation is a good idea. It really helps especially when I'm going through a nervous phase. Lol

I used mine alot from 10-13 weeks. Half because sometimes I couldn't pick up a heart beat so I would try again  a few hours later. Now I'm 15 weeks and can hear it every time, so I forget about it unless someone's around and they want to hear it.

Once a month probably. Very very infrequently. I only use it if I'm concerned or it's been a while since I've heard the HB (in between appointments).
