Anyone who had a catheter??

I started getting pain in my urethra/clitoral area a couple days postpartum I'm about 90% sure it's from the catheter I had during labor... Had a vaginal birth with no tearing and I wasn't feeling any pain or discomfort in that area and then bam! The sharp pains in my urethra started and seem to be getting stronger.. Anyone else??

I had one for my c-section and I did feel the pain for maybe a week but it went away. Make sure you are going often enough.

Had catheter but dont remember the pain.. I only remember leaking pee because it made me numb i cant feel the urge to pee.. Get it checked it might be an infection

Yup mine is still swollen! I'm almost 4wks pp. I had a vbac.. No tears but I was cut down there

I had the same thing. Vaginal, no tears but a catheter... I feel pain every now & then. I'm two weeks pp.

I occasionally get little pains down there but I tore forward instead of backward so that may be the cause too.

Anyone who had a catheter??
