So for my first son my breast were not sore until around the 4th month, there was no tenderness during the first couple of weeks. When usually my breast would be sore before period, I had no soreness before I found out I was.

But now I am hoping to be prego for second time. Been trying for two years. I am a 6 days away from my period. With in the last four days I feel like I am having early symptoms. I get nauseous on and off,today I got really dizzy, breast hurt. And I just noticed tiny white Dots on areola.. that swear I never saw. Could I be having prego symptoms and that MAYBE the breast hurt not because my friend is coming but because I am prego. .. could the second pregnancy be different
