I'm 12 weeks pregnant exactly and woke up with insane stomach cramps. I tried going to the bathroom but instead I ended up throwing up. Is this something I should be worried about? I haven't gotten sick this entire pregnancy. I don't know if it's something I ate or if something might be wrong with the baby
