Is it normal to pass chunks of period debris while on period? I don't mean clots, but other things. About 2 years ago I was on my period and passed a huge fleshy looking chunk of something and now that I look back I feel like maybe I had a miscarriage as I was having unprotected sex with my ex. We weren't ttc but also not trying to prevent.  I'm not sure what exactly happens during a miscarriage but it's been kinda bugging me lately. Especially since I remember just throwing the chunk in the toilet and flushing it (sorry if it's tmi)  And also I noticed that my periods were very irregular when I was sexually active. Now that I'm not my periods are back to normal. Is this normal?
