BFP 13 dpo with intense cramps and lightheaded
Hi everyone I am 13 dpo today and on days 11 and 12 dpo I had pretty intense cramps. Normally I do my have any or minor cramps around af so that's unusual for me. I tested this morning and got a bfn, but am feeling lightheaded this morning. I had an hsg on day 1 of ovulation this cycle and everything came back clear, no blockages. Could I be pregnant?
