How long till AF after Mirena removed

My dh and I are ttc #1. I had my Mirena taken out a month ago. Three days after I bled like af was here, but dr thought it was too soon. I've had all my pms symptoms and ewcm, but no af yet. I've been using ppl and taken pregnancy tests and all of them are bfn. Has anyone else had this experience?
