I honestly didn't expect anything, but my birthday and Mother's Day were shortly after I gave birth to my daughter so my husband got me diamond earrings. He said it was or of first, first baby, first Mother's Day, and first birthday as a mom so he wanted to get me so thing special. 😊

I had no idea this was a thing until a couple of weeks ago. My baby will be my push present lol

My husband is getting me sushi because that's all I want!! He's also getting my fave bottle of champagne (for when we get home of course)! He keeps asking what I want because our due date is exactly a month before our anniversary, so he's wanting to do a little something for me beforehand because with this being our first kid we don't know how much anniversary celebrating we'll be getting to do!

Haha, my push present was a baby boy charm for my pandora bracelet. It was kinda an unofficial one though, cause I would have bought it soon anyways..haha but I let my DH know I was gonna buy one and he did it anyway. We picked it up on my way home from the hospital

I think it's an awful idea. Just another excuse for women to ask for something. Your baby is your present.

Recently I've hear of women getting some sort of gift (jewelry,spa day, purse, etc) from their husband/SO when they deliver and calling it a push present. Sort of a happy for all last nine months of discomfort and pain of labor. Lol
I've never heard of it until recently and we don't really do that I'm just curious if it's pretty popular everywhere or just in my area.
