Does anyone have a tipped uterus?

I'm 10 weeks 4 days and my uterus is retro erred. Does anyone else have a similar experience? Does it fix itself? Freaking out

I also have a titled uterus, which is causing a lot of lower back pain. My doctor says it usually moves on its own. I'm currently 17 and go back to my OB next week, so I guess I'll find out then if it actually has.
