Should I let my daughter get her hair cut?

I know this has nothing to do with pregnancy but I really need advice! 
She is almost 10 and wants her hair cut to her shoulders!

Yes, it's her hair and she's old enough to make that decision. My 6 year old just got 10 inches cut. Broke my heart but it was what she wanted.

This is a great time to let her take responsibility and make a decision. I would look into donating her hair to something like "locks for love" and research it first- you need to have a certain length of hair to donate so it might be worth it to let it grow a little longer to allow someone else to take advantage of her gorgeous hair.

I personally hate when girls have short hair. It's a personal preference. I think girls should have long hair. Her hair is so pretty I would tell her to think about it. My daughter unfortunately won't have a say until she can drive herself and pay for it herself lol
