I just got home from a 2.5 hour flight home from FL, took my shoes off and my feet and ankles were swollen up. I believe they were probably somewhat swollen before I even went on the plane because I remember my ankles feeling kinda sore. I'm only 15 weeks pregnant, I thought this wasn't supposed to happen until the third trimester!! Anyone have any recommendations?
