Lower back pain relief?!?

Almost 10 weeks and have the WORST lower back pain and upper as well at times. I can't even sleep!

Anyone else going through it? How do you get through it? Need relief but have been trying to stay away from all meds

Stretching and strengthening my lower back as well as an occasional chiropractor visit have done wonders for me. I had lower back pain before pregnancy even.

I second the chiropractor recommendation!! I had horrible back pain & saw an awesome chiro- no issues since. Can't recommend it enough!!

Stretching the lower back muscles. Always sleep with pillow between legs

Propped up with a pillow under my legs and I keep stretching when i can
