Anyone else feeling pressured?
My sisters wedding is 3 mo after I'm due and I'm Matron of honor. Anyways since I've announced my pregnancy she's asked once a week "Will you be back to your prepregnancy size fast enough? Your dress can only maximum be let out to a size 4 you'll have to be able to minimally fit that or you'll have to sit out.
I've had so much pressure from her dumped on me that I'm seriously now considering not breast feeding so I can instantly cut my cals to the right amount to lose and add in supplements to power through the insane work outs I did before becoming pregnant.
This morning she brought it up again and I finally snapped saying "Fine! I'll just give birth then not eat and walk around with leg weights, wrist weights and a freaking weighted vest on 24/7 is that ok? Will that make you feel better? You won't have a fat person in your bridal party to ruin your day!"
She's had a baby, less than 2 yrs ago. The difference here is I refuse to spend all of my time calculating every single calorie like she did and only "allowing" myself to gain 15lbs and end up on bed rest and all that other bs she weight through because the dr kept getting mad that she refused to eat more because she didn't want to be a "fat cow of a mom".
