I used the instead cup twice this month (one on ovulation and one a week ago) this week I was supposed to see AF on Tuesday. She was late to visit but yesterday started spotting (only there when I wipe, sorry if TMI) today I'm still spotting(again only when I wipe) anyway it's not my normal red but a dark red. Could this be implantation and not AF? Should I take a test? So nervous. Ttc for 10months now. This is the first month I tried the cups. 😁😁
