Help! OPK question???

Question

It's my first time using opk's and I wanted to know if the line gets darker the closer you get to ovulation. And I wanna know if you always get some form of a second line or is it ever a bfn

Answer

You may not get a second line or you could get a faint line. LH is in your system all the time but will only trigger ovulation after it reaches a certain level (when the test line is darker than the control).

I usually get a faint line, darker closer to ovulation and for a few days after ovulation.
