High blood pressure?

I took my blood pressure and it said 129/85. When i looked it up it said it was prehypertension. Could it be the beginning of preeclampsia?? Im currently 30 weeks

Average blood pressure is 120/80 so you are fine....

I'm almost 30 weeks and mine has crept up. My doc said to take it at home and if I am getting multiple readings up near 140/90 I should call his office.

I at my 38 week appt now and my bp is 132/82 that's a little high for me but my dr isn't worried

Mine has been 132 and they said it's fine.  They usually worry when it's over 140.

I don't think they get concerned until it's higher than that, but always tak to your doctor. There has to be a trend of high pressures, and they will test your urine for protein. Sometimes you can have an elevated BP due to stress, nerves etc

Could be, definitely check with your doctor about this. 
For what it's worth, getting enough protein and good nutrition can make a big difference with eclampsia :)
