Weight & pregnancy
Okay so quick question anyone know of some work outs I can do while pregnant? I'm 25 weeks & 2 days this is my 3rd & last child I am already over weight due to my other pregnancies & not maintaining a routine. I am trying to do everything possible to keep myself from gaining too much & keeping us both healthy. I'm an asmatic as well & get worked up easily. My husband & our two boys take walks on a daily basis but he just started a second job & I don't feel comfortable enough to walk by myself with our two children so want to find other options for while he's at work :) thanks in advance ladies
