Mine did the same thing when I updated the app
everything's gone...
I went to enter my log information for today and everything from all of my past entries is gone. while this would normally be only mildly frustrating, I am exceptionally upset because I am supposed to ovulate sometime soon AND I have an appointment with a fertility specialist Monday and no information to share with them as the app that I trusted to save it all has suddenly stopped working. I sent an email about 10 hours ago and have yet to hear anything.
can anyone at glow help me out and fix this issue ASAP?
