I am 8w6d and I'm having massive headaches mostly because I have a bf who keeps pissing me off. So I don't wanna take any medication, it's, or anything for them but what's something I can do at home to help get rid of them. It's near my left temple where it hurts the most and it goes all they way to my jaw. It feels like I got punched in the face. I'm really hurting so what can I do?
