Is it a boy or a girl!! This is my ultrasound picture from my 16 week appointment. 
The arrow is pointing to the genital area. :)

I have seen ultrasounds online of males and females that look like this.  I've done a lot of searching on the Internet for this exact thing (3 lines), and I'll tell you that it doesn't always mean girl. Some are super misleading. I think it's going to be best to wait until you're further along and maybe get an elective 3d one if your office doesn't offer another one in a few weeks. I know it's torturous...I'm going Sunday for this exact reason haha
