Kegel exercise??

What do you think of kegel exercises?? Are they really helpful for birth?? Any advice?

I haven't given birth yet (39+4) but I do them every day and I haven't peed myself like most people 😂

Yes do Kegel exercises!! I've had three kids, my recent one on 8/11. He weighed 9lbs 8oz and I delivered him naturally. If it wasn't for my strong kegels it would've taken forever. He was out in 4 pushes! Trust me they are more than important!
