My hair dresser said it was okay to do, she advised me that your hair may take quicker than regularly.

I've bleached mine only away from the scalp and last week I had my roots done and gone brown to easily maintain it instead and my hairdresser said the only issue is hormones and the dye not taking as much. She has done lots of pregnant people plus I asked other hairdressers they all said the same. I waited till second tri though.

I wouldn't during the first trimester it's not recommended.

This has been up for debate over the years and I stressed a lot over getting highlights in my first trimester and did a lot of research. It has never been proven that hair dye gets into your bloodstream and it's highly unlikely that it reaches your baby. If you are concerned, you may want to go with highlights since they don't go up to your scalp or wait until the second trimester. With pregnancy, nothing is ever black and white, always gray area. Chances are that it's harmless but it's totally up to you

Depends. It's not recommended during first trimester. I want to dye mine and my hairdresser friend says it's on after first trimester but try to avoid roots for less contact with the scalp.
