Nausea in the heat?

Does anyone else get super nauseous when they go outside into hot or humid weather? Is this normal?

Yes! I used to love the heat! I would normally be outside getting tan right now!  But the heat makes me so tied and nauseous and out of breath!  I can barley walk from the car to the house without breathing heavy!

It's the worst! I mentioned it to a friend the other day and she told me it's too soon I'm pregnancy to feel nauseous in heat (I'm 13 weeks + 5 days) but I think everyone is different!

Yep. I used to love the hot weather and tanning, but I can't take it now that I'm pregnant! Makes me feel sick as well

Yes! Drastic changes make me feel gross. Humidity is the worst

Yes it has been worse this summer, but I can't really avoid it much since I am in AZ.

I do. But I had this before I got pregnant. It also makes my heart feel strange. I had gotten heat sickness when I was 18 or 19 and I haven't been the same since.

I get SUPER cranky in hot/humid temps. So much so I stay away from people because they just won't be able to handle the rage.
