Braxton Hicks?

Question

Anyone else having Braxton hicks already? Mine started this weekend so I've been trying to take it easy but every time I start to do something my stomach tenses all over and it's SO uncomfortable and borderline painful.

I am having twins (also FTM here) and I have had them since 15 weeks! I am now 29 weeks and they are getting much much stronger and more frequent! My advice is drink tons of water and my maternity belt has really helped by taking some of the pressure off of the bottom of my uterus!

Yup, this is baby #2 for me and chasing around our first child and working outside and such seems to bring them on for me. I just lay down for about 10 mins and drink cold water and they go away

I've been having them since around 11 weeks. Totally normal. Most first-time moms don't realize that's what it is when they feel them that early, but this is my second, and I definitely know that feeling! 😜 I researched it, and it's nothing to worry about.
