Ovarian cysts

I've had cysts on my ovaries in the past but last week I started having horrible pain. It felt like appendix symptoms so my doctor sent me to the ER for testing. Turns out I had 3 cysts on my right ovary. One ruptured and I'm worried about the other two. I've been off birth control for 5 months and now the cysts are starting to come back. Can multiple cysts cause infertility later on? I'm 25 and want kids within the next 3 years. Any advice? Should I have them drained or removed or let nature run its course?
