What's going on?

I had sex while on my period and we used protection (of course) but he came in the condom. Since I've been experiencing lower abdominal pain and I went to the bathroom and was slightly spotting. It's been about 2 weeks since I had sex. What could this mean?

I don't think it's anything to worry about. Having intercourse does interfere with your menstrual cycle, especially if you're not on birth control. It may alter it a day or so. However, if you are on birth control spotting is not abnormal. It's actually a very common side effect of the pill.

I'm not an expert. I do know that new things can shock the body into reacting differently than normal. I have sex on my period all the time and it doesn't usually do that so I can't say there's anything text book wrong with it. It may be an irregular period that just happened to happen when you had sex on your period. If you keep experiencing pain I would go see a doctor though
