Stomach pain problems

Since the day I had started my period I had the most unbelievable pain to where I had to go to the emergency room went their & did test & sent me home now since I'm off of my period I keep having these same pains since day I had started period but not on my period anymore it feels like cramping but worse & muscle in my back & stomach all tighten then pains shoot through my stomach & muscle tearing pains I don't know what to do anymore for it I've tried everything & it just won't stop, anyone ever had this problem before or know what it could possibly be from since it all started when I was on my period
