PCOS ultrasound

So I have PCOS I was diagnosed in 2011. I had the whole string of pearls, high testosterone, high LH. So I went for an ultrasound in 2013 and the string of pearls were gone but all other symptoms remained. I went for another ultrasound today and the tech asked me why I was there.. When I told her I wanted to check on my ovaries since I have PCOS she said "😕you do???? Everything looks normal your follicles are normal sized and there aren't too many of them" and even my recent labs aren't as bad as the first year I was diagnosed.. I wonder if it's my boyfriend who I've been with for seven years who has the issue and not so much me...
