Lost motivation
Hey ladies! Wondering what keeps you all motivated? I lost 100lbs two years ago and have kept all of our off for the first year and now 90-85lbs this last year! I had major surgery in May of 2014 and then between stress, crazy work schedule, TTC #1, boyfriend going through terrible depression, trying to keep a household together and feeling my body is working against me no matter what I do...I've lost motivation! This whole year until the end of June, I had been on top of my game at the gym (high intensity circuit training 3-5x a week), then we went to Italy at the very beginning of July...while we walked everywhere all day long, I ate anything I wanted (I'm typically 90/10 paleo), got back into a quick stride with some walking and eating really well and then we went away to VT (we go twice a year) and while we were very active biking and hiking, I ate things I usually don't like dairy. By the time we got back last week (Sunday 8/9) I was tired and all motivation had left! I'm just so tired of having to work so hard on every aspect of my life and feel like I'm not getting any closer to any of my goals! I want to get back into the swing of things but I'm so stressed starting fall semester at work in a couple weeks, having ttc for a year now with nothing, literally being broke (summer is really hard for a freelance music teacher) and I just don't know what to do!
