Blocked tubes ivf Boston

I was just informed today that both of my tubes are blocked, so therefore my only option is ivf... It's so heartbreaking, and so expensive!!! I'm trying to find a better job with health insurance, right now I have tufts with network health! And I know thy do not cover! I'm so heartbroken! Are there any other options??
