Most people on media are fake.... you will get a bunch of  "I'm sorry for your loss" but none of them really understand or care. I only posted mine on here because I know that there are women here who are going through the same thing and can actually give me advice and support on the matter.

I've thought long and hard whether or not to make this post or not because it's not meant to create sympathy. So let me start off from the beginning. A little over a month ago, Dustin and I were thrilled to find out we were expecting! We had decided to wait until after the typical 12 weeks to post about it just incase something bad were to happen. We shared with close friends and family but I was busting to share the good news on Facebook. We even had pictures done to let the world know when the time was right. Monday, at 10w2d, we found out that our little angel was no longer with us. The pain of hearing those words is indescribable. I can't even get in to how unbelievably hard this process has been, and still is, to go through physically and emotionally but my friends and family have been there for me every. single. second. I'm forever in debt to my loved ones for the texts, phone calls, and visits. My mom even drove straight home from visiting Tennessee as soon as I told her. All of this got me thinking. No one should have to do this alone or not talk about it because it's "a taboo topic" and not an easy subject to talk about. So many woman are made to feel ashamed over a miscarriage so they keep it bottled up and don't take the time to properly grieve. You absolutely need that support from loved ones because it is a real loss of a real baby. I almost regret not sharing it sooner because I was so wrapped up in worrying that I would have to share bad news later but that was such a happy time that deserved to be celebrated no matter how short lived. That will always be my child and I know God's plan is bigger than mine. It might just take some more time to fully realize that but please, if you are ever going though a loss (and I hope not) don't think you have to do it alone. Who knows, talking about your experience might help the next mom who is struggling.

I put a post saying I was going thru a hard time and deactivating my Facebook for a couple weeks to deal with it (several people on my page were pregnant or recently had a baby) but never said that I had a MC outright on Facebook. My SO on the other hand put a post up about it. I also hadn't shared that I was pregnant on Facebook yet and he had.

I did. Bc I didn't want everyone asking me over and over what happened and if I was ok and all tht stuff. I wanted to get it out and b done.

I decided to share on Facebook. It is a very personal choice but I felt so much better after I did. Pregnancy loss is usually a very private matter shared between mom and dad but something compelled me to post about it. I got flooded with messages along the lines of "I had a miscarriage before and never talked about it but wish I had or thank you for breaking the silence" I'm trying to also post it here but it's saying it's too long

I felt it was important to let everyone know what happened. I couldn't believe the amount of love and support we've received. We were going to announce our pregnancy but we sadly lost the baby before we could.

I did the after my first loss because we had publicly announced on FB. I did not this time though. The situation was just very different and just some family and friends knew I was pregnant, it wasn't public knowledge. I just contacted those who knew to let them know.

I recommend to just do whatever you're comfortable with and whatever will best help with your healing process. Some share pictures, some share a few words, some prefer to keep it private. Do what is best for you.

I did and everyone called me a lier and that i faked being pregnant. Which hurt me so much after losing triplets and our son and a baby and a baby this year :'( my heart breaks still to this day but i have a beautiful baby girl to be strong for
