Heartbroken

Those faint positives confirmed my worse fear. Took a pregnancy test a few minutes ago ... (First response) and it was negative. So the bright red spotting with minor clots and severe back pain was a miscarriage. On my way To the hospital now to really confirm it . I cant stop crying . How did i go from a faint positive tuesday to nothing today
