Miscarriage and ttc again

I'm having a miscarriage now my levels are down to 42 has anyone ever miscarried and gotten pg right away how long till your period comes can I count this as a period or a chemical pg since I'm still so early my af was due on the 14th I got a faint positive on the 8th how do you know when to check for ovulation again I logged this as a period and glow says I will ovulate the 4th of Sept anyways sorry if this is the place just wondering if anybody has been though this and has had a sucessful pg after ???
