this might be a little bit tmi but I have read online that going to the toilet more regular #2 / diarhea is a sign that your body is getting ready for labour, has this happened to anybody else? Is it true or are people just making things up lol.
I've been getting Braxton hicks everyday, and I've been getting a lot of belly pain that lasted for about 2 hours yesterday, I've also been going to the toilet a lot more 🙈

It's true. With my first pregnancy I was constipated because of iron supplements and was not regular. But I woke up early one morning( I was 39+2 weeks pregnant) with a stronge urge to go to toilet and my body cleaned itself.  Shortly after my contractions started and I had my boy 25hrs later.

I am 28weeks 2days and i am having the same. I must have read the same article you did about the body cleasing itself before labor. I wouldnt think too much of it as also your body reacts to certain foodcombinations. Remember that your metabolism is slower now and will retain food for longer before it breaks it down and even smaller particles (nutrients) in order to feed baby. I would watch for other signs as well. Such as your braxton hicks are not going away when you switch positions. Are you having a headache coming from your eyes (weird but that is a sign of pre-term labor/labor) and such.
