Does anybody know what this could be? I have these red circles all over me and they itch bad. They're puffy like mosquito bites but they're not mosquito bites..

I had something similar toward the very end of my pregnancy- I thought they were bites for sure. Apparently, my doc said they are common & come out when the skin rapidly stretches. They do go away & even though i didn't believe my doctor at the time, it did end up being that. They went away immediately after delivery. He told me to just put some hydrocortisone cream for the itch. Have you doc check it out :) I had them mostly on arms & feet & some on legs (even hands!) 
Believe it or not, I didn't get any stretch marks, just those bite looking things lol good luck :)

I think hives. I've had them b4. Just wen I got to the doctor the next day they were all gone. Was embarrassing.
