Pregnancy butt
Help! I always have to do a lot to keep my butt looking decent. I've kept up with squats and lunges since I got pregnant, but lightened my weights. But my side profile is awful! I'm not sure if my butt looks saggier because of my growing belly or if it really is saggy... Is there such thing as pregnancy sag?! Or should I bump up my weights when lifting?
