I think if you buy a premade commercial one it is likely made with egg powder not raw egg, just check the ingredients it should be OK..

And actually raw eggs can contain salmonella but that type of food poisoning doesn't cross the placenta like listeria does. The only thing it can do is make you sick which sounds awful while pregnant so I stay away from it for that reason. So you can eat raw eggs just at your own risk :)
