Possible twins?

Question

My HCG level has gone up really fast. 
August 19th -55 
August 21st -135 
August 24th -698 
I go for more blood the 26th and 28th. Twins run in my family. I'm also experiencing a lot of symptoms sooner than "usual" and with more strength. 
Any ideas?
I'm about 4w2d. 
Just curious as to what others HCG levels were!

I was at 2000 at 4 weeks with kne baby. The first time with my first son I was at 176 at 4 weeks so just varies.

My levels were 1,400 at 4 weeks, I too suspected twins as they run in my family as well, but I'm 19 weeks now and there's just 1 baby :)

When I was a surrogate with a singleton my levels were 137 14 days after the transfer and 377 16 days after the transfer. My friends levels when she found out she was pregnant with twins was almost 1500 at the first blood draw! My guess is you're having just one but you never know :)
