Can you be pregnant but still getting your period?

Hi everyone! I am new here on Glow and I enjoy reading all the posts here. I am just curious, can you get pregnant but still get your period? I tested last month because I was positive I was pregnant. It came out negative. I just finished my period this month but I still feel bloated and my I'm gaining so much weight. Double than usual. I don't eat too much. I appreciate all your comments. xoxo thank you!
