For some reason, I take it at 2:00pm everyday...I don't know why I chose that time but I did lol. I'll be at work and have to stop what I'm doing to take it...I did not think this through lol

I put an alarm at 8am everyday to take my pill

I take my pill every night before I go to sleep. I do not go to bed at the same time
But it's usually within the same hour to 2 hours every night! And so far it works just fine this way for me!

11pm! because when I work nights my shift ends at 10 and I don't feel like taking it during work, it's just easier to take it right before I relax for the night
