Are all the white pills the same?!

"White pills" tells us nothing, especially without mentioning your pill name. Read your leaflet.

If you are talking about birth control they mostly are all the same strength, some pills however start out stronger on hormones and gradually decrease in hormone strength, that doesn't mean that it's less effective. It's best though to look at the the pamphlet that comes with your bc and if that doesn't help then consult your physcian
