Became pregnant after rape

I just want to add this here because I see a lot of pro-choice and pro-life people commenting about women who are raped and become pregnant. I was raped over a year ago now and became pregnant because of it. It was the most horrible and stressful time of my life, but I loved that baby. I never once thought about aborting that baby. BUT that was my experience and mine alone. Not everyone who is raped and becomes pregnant can "love" that child or carry that child. On the other end there are women that can decide to love and carry the child. Every women is different. I'm personally pro-choice because I know first hand what emotions a woman whose been raped and conceives goes through and I know I'm not like everyone else, so every individual woman should be able to decide what they can and cannot go through. I just hate seeing comments like "how can you make a women carry a baby conceived by rape? That would be torture" or "the baby did nothing wrong, the mother shouldn't be allowed to abort". It's an individual experience. You cannot group us all together, it's honestly insulting. So before you use rape victims for your agenda think twice about what you're saying and how you're saying it because we all go through traumatizing events differently.
