Labels

This is kinda embarrassing, but I always say "baby daddy" and that just doesn't sound very decent to me in a professional environment. So I have no idea what to call him. We aren't dating but we are having a baby together(we broke up before I found out I was pregnant) and we are alittle more than friends, I would say, and sometimes I want to make topics on here about he and I and our sweet baby, but I have NO idea what to say. I wouldn't call him my SO. Maybe partner, I'm not sure.. If you were in this situation what would you say? How would you label him? It's a mouthful to say "my baby's father"
