I'm pro-circ but I think to arrest this mom just because the judge sides with dad about circumcising their child is ridiculous!!!! How would ladies handle a situation like this with your sons father if it were you?

This was already settled in court. If she had gone ahead and followed the agreement the child would've still been a baby when he got it done and not even remembered it.  She agreed and then changed her mind.  I'm always happy when father's step up to the plate and are involved with their kids. Just because she's the mother doesn't give her the final say or all the control. So all this time she's been running and hiding, he's being alienated from his son... She should be in contempt of court for that too and for sure shouldn't be given custody....not even 50/50.

Think about who it is you're having s baby with. Discuss discuss discuss as much as possible.

I don't agree with circumcision at that age with out medical reason. I think it should be done as an infant cause they don't remember. But she agreed to do it and she changed her mind so she should be held accountable. Sorry but the mother isn't the only parent. She didn't have sex with herself to have a baby. But I think the father really believes his son needs it and as a parent you always try to do what's best for your child. But I also think it's really stupid thing to make it news and go to court with it
