I have had my iud a year with no issues, no periods or anything. Today I woke up in the worst pain of my life I thought I was having contractions. I want to my ob and she did an ultrasound and my iud was in the correct spot but I was ovulating. She said that is what's causing the pain. Has anyone else had this issue?
