We got this personalized with an A for Addison and has a matching hat. If this doesn't work with our car seat we have a monogrammed onesie and a cute blanket for the ride home.

We live 5 mins from the hospital so we didn't wanna do anything super extravagant or expensive. Especially since he will prolly have a blow out in it. Might not use the hat as the temps here are 100+ through September.
