I need motivation!
Hey girls! So I'm 5'4 and roughly 175 pounds. My highest weight was 220, and over the course of 3 years I got down to 160. Since my miscarriage I've been eating emotionally, and I've put on quite a few pounds. I'm tired of being overweight, but I feel like I always lose motivation at some point. How do you stay motivated to keep losing weight?
