Weight loss struggle!

Hey ladies, I could use some tips on losing weight and eating healthier. I'm 5'9 and I weigh around 218 pounds right now. My goal is to get to 175. I know I can do it. I just need some tips on healthy snacks, best exercise that's helped you lose weight and keep it off, and anything else you'd like to share that would help my journey! I work out 3 times a week at least and I'm eating healthy through out the week/and drinking lots of water. Sweets and alcohol are two of my weaknesses and I've cut them both out for the most part.  Share anything that's really worked for you! Thank you. Hoping that losing weight will help me in my ttc journey.
