Feeling ill

Ok how early do the "early pregnancy" signs show up? I was supposed to start my period today and nothing. I have felt bloated nauseous extremely tired and very emotional. Could this be stress or pregnancy. Now I am not trying. I have two special needs kids as it is and I am kind of freaking out.
