Stalking?

Last week I had a black car almost run me off the road trying to go to work. I thought maybe they were not paying attention and accidentally did it. A few days ago, this black car(same one, cause it had the same dent and sticker on it) followed me into work, slowly drove past me as I parked and then squealed out of the parking lot and left. Last night this same car(not 100% sure it was same since it was dark) drove by my house. No one ever drives my house at midnight. I have a street light and the car looked similiar. Am I over reacting? Should I call the police? I was home alone, son at babysitter, husband at work. Locked the house up and turned on every light.

A few months back, there were gangs following women home from work from my employer, flashing their lights at them and driving circles around their houses. This situation is a little different but still creepy....

Immediatly tell your husband your concerns. Have a camera and notebook in your car at all times so that you can document when you see the car. If you see the car following you, don't take chances (first instincts are usually correct) and ask for a police officer to meet you at your job or wherever you are driving. Make it visibly known that you are aware and are not going to be harassed.

next time you see the car look at the license plate write it down and call the police. if you have no info besides the car is black they will probably say whatever and shrug it off. at least with a plate they could check on the car and look who's driving it. maybe put security camera outside your house. I watch the ID channel 24/7 and there was a show about a family who was having stuff done to there house and she put camera up and they caught the people maybe that will help if they go beyond just staying in the car. that's a very scary situation. tell your husband and call the cops

Just don't be alone. Take extra precautions to lock up and don't skip sleep on it. Of it continues for more than 3 days then tell your husband. If it continues for another 2 days after telling him notify the police. They can't do much since no crime has been committed. So basically after you notify them start logging EVERY altercation you have with that car. Then after about 30 pages the police can take affimitive action

This is why I have a concealed carry permit. Call the police and notify them of the situation. Maybe even ask them to Patrol your street for a couple nights.
